A beautiful entry way into the cottage-like, but sophisticated atmosphere, opens to a 20-foot soaring vaulted living room ceiling with wood beam details, large fans, and trending porcelain tile floors throughout the main home. Stylish leather furniture, dark woods, colorful granites and natural light pours in through the home’s many impact windows & slider doors, and multiple vista views of the beautiful shimmering Lemon Bay. Living room area sports a 70” Sony TV with Satellite cable options, powerful theater surround sound, DVD player with movies, and comfortable leather seating for 8. Fully equipped with board games, games, puzzles, magazines, kid's books, cards, etc. A fully equipped kitchen allows in-home cooking, stainless steel appliances, wet bar with full service coffee and tea station, bar refrigerator. The home includes two master suites with King size beds lined with Hotel Collection Supima World finest cotton fitted and flat sheets covering Award winning Layla Hybrid Memory Foam mattresses, multiple pillow options, walk- in closets, and exemplary showering units. The 3rd bedroom off the main master hallway features a comfortable queen bed and shares a centralized fully equipped bathroom. All bedrooms include WIFI TV's, white noise makers to sooth your sleep patterns, fans with lights, ample closet space, and room darkening blinds. All baths include hair dryers, complementary shampoos, conditioners, body wash, etc. Bath towels, as well as separate make-up towels. An additional bonus Room located off the central living room provides for a quiet office space or sitting room. The outdoor lanai and pool area feature Wi-Fi TV, surround sound music, dining, recreational seating with fireplace. Enjoy tranquil and magnificent water and sunset views. The property offers a must-use self-installable (or pre-installed at your request) child gate around the pool for those with young ones. Florida law requires gate for children aged 7 years and under. A separate TIKI Hut based game room is 300 feet away from the main cottage, is climate-controlled with bathroom facility, totaling 1800 sq. ft., 70 inch Samsung with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, surround sound, exercise area with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi enabled NordicTrack treadmill and bicycle, weights, and stretching gear. Games include ping pong, billiards, chess and checkers table, fuzeball, air hockey and arcade. The outdoor gaming area includes a kids playground, Giant in-ground chess board, horse-shoe pit, and basketball hoop. Kids mud house is under construction. A small beach area allows for launching of the Two available Kayaks. 4 adult bicycles with helmets are available for your touring of the area. Please note that we have Two security cameras installed above the garage and at the front door for the safety of our home ( this is our second home) and also for the safety of our guests. At night, Landscape lighting at the front of the house includes the trees and gardens and is on a timer for four hours after dusk. The rear of the property also has landscape lighting around the pool and the trees and is on a six hour timer. Also note that the pool lights come on at 7 PM and stay on until 2 AM. No adjustment is necessary for the pool lights. The cottage is located a short 5 minute drive from the beautiful Manasota Beach, a 16 minute bike ride. We live close to the cottage and we are more than happy to help answer any questions you may have or help with anything that comes up! We like to give our guests privacy to be able to enjoy their stay to the fullest! The landscaping company comes every Thursday and garbage day is Friday. Bayshore Drive runs parallel to Lemon Bay and consists of 1.5 to 5 acre plots of land. There is a very low vehicle usage during the day and night. Very quiet. Limited lighting at night. Easy walking, running, biking. Very easy to ride the provided large wheeled bikes (6) with helmets, around neighborhood. 5 minutes to the Manasota public Beach. Free parking at beach as well as Free boat or jet ski ramp available. Restaurants, grocery stores and water activities and tours are within 15- 30 minutes. Sarasorta is 45 minutes ( one of the largest cities close to Englewood) Fort Myers is 45- 60 minutes and Naples is 1.5 hours. Fort Myers airport is 65 minutes away.
