The venue's main home is a 2,800 square-foot modernized palace, updated with all the amenities you’ll need for a seamless and stress-free celebration. The most comfortable beds, furniture, and bathrooms guaranteed to make your entire stay amazing.
Also included is a 1600 square foot game room housed within its own building a few hundred feet away from the main house. A perfect spot to have your partner and their party hang out and entertained privately and sheltered from your activities. They can enjoy the 75 inch large screen TV, surround sound music, billiards, ping pong, fuse ball, etc and of course their own bar fridge as they build in anticipation to see your beauty stroll down the aisle.
Our venue is unique in that you stay and organize directly onsite with friends and family's assistance, and which also means vendors come to you with no rushing or worrying about getting to your ceremony on time — you’re already there, in your own private master suite, perfect for you and your party group to prepare for the event. There’s ample space for your make-up and hair stylists to pamper you in the morning of your special day.
Your ceremony takes place overlooking the waterfront on a 15-foot stone circular platform connected to an aisle leading from the spacious lanai to the picturesque altar. The chairs line along the meandering pathway accented by beautiful faux flower arrangements.
Following the ceremony, your guests can enjoy mingling in a gorgeous natural backyard setting directly against the ocean, offering picture taking opportunities and breathtaking sunset views.
Receptions are held undercover or optional tent structure, with dancing space in the lanai, around the colorful LED lit pool, or under the stars are always possible. Lanai area is surrounded by rope LED fixtures, lighting up the area at night.
The venue property boasts hundred foot tall pine trees scattered across the property, ideal for dreamy photos, and LED lighting that transforms the space at night. Your special day will be surrounded by natural beauty from morning until the stars come out. The outdoor space is ideal for dining, dancing, and celebrating, whether under our lanai or on the expansive lawn.
For those who want a personal touch, we provide an option to assist in your wedding venue planning. You can also take advantage of our rental accessories, including a stunning altar, bride and groom table, cake table, and poolside tables all decorated with matching earthy, beautiful flower arrangements. We have ample parking that includes a private driveway and associated parking spots as well as the main home circular drive reserved for you and your vendors, convenient and separate for both vendors and guests, with direct access to the home or back yard.
Located just 45 minutes from Sarasota and an hour from the Fort Myers airport, our venue is close to local hotels and short-term rental properties, making it convenient for all your out-of-town guests and family. Remember you can invite 4 adults and 2 children to join you in the main house.
We use a private contract to orchestrate our transaction that incorporates the venue price, wedding accessories, deposit structure, and local and state taxes. The contract includes a group of " house tips and Rules" since you will be residing for days in our perfect venue home. Our refund policy ensures peace of mind, as you’ll be dealing directly with the property owners.
